Furnished throughout to a very high standard, a bright double room with own private bathroom is available in this luxury 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the heart of Ealing Broadway. This modern development is 4 minutes’ walk to Ealing Broadway station (Central and District underground lines and Elizabeth Line to Paddington and Heathrow), and less than a minute walk to all the local shops, restaurants and amenities on the high street. Please note you must be comfortable with a dog on premises.

The space

The room is fully furnished with generous underbed storage and built-in wardrobes, blackout blinds and comfortable double bed with memory foam mattress. There is also a desk and office chair. The bedroom layout has been updated since the photos, and the bed has been moved closer to the wall to increase available floor space in the room. Down the hallway, there is a large private bathroom (bath with shower, heated towel rails). Please note that the bathroom is not attached to the bedroom, however it is for your exclusive use. All towels and bedding provided. Soaps, shampoo etc are also available for your use.

Everything is furnished to a very high standard by a professional interior designer. As I own this flat, I have put a lot of care into making this a well-maintained, beautiful and welcoming space. Please note you must be comfortable with a dog on premises.

There is superfast 100Mbps fibre broadband. The apartment has underfloor heating throughout. The building has a lift and secure video phone entry system. There are 24hr CCTV cameras at the front of the building and a motion sensor security light at the building entrance.

Guest access

There is a large open-plan kitchen/living/dining area which is shared with myself and my dog Baloo, he is a small friendly cavapoo.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher etc. The 42″ TV has Virgin Media TV channels, Netflix & Amazon Prime Videos.

Use of the shared spaces (kitchen/living areas) until 10pm. Please refer to the House Rules for more information.

Other things to note

Please note, this listing is for a private room in a shared house, which you will be sharing with me.

I have a small dog (8kg). He is clean, toilet trained, and very friendly. He has a tendency to jump up to people to greet them so the place is only suitable if you are comfortable with a dog on the premises. All efforts will be taken to ensure he does not bother you during your stay!

The listing price is for one person. I do not host couples/pairs.

The property is on the first floor, there is also a lift available. Check-in is from 2pm onwards and check-out is by 11am. Anything outside these hours are subject to additional fees.
