HOUSE RULES:

To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and residents of Luma 21 management enforce a strict security policy. We must follow their guidelines for all apartments.

Their specifics are as follows:
– All Passports must be submitted 2 days prior to arrival.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Standard check-in time is 3pm and 11am for check-out. We do encourage you to book an additional night (subject to availability) if you wish to have an early check in. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request an early check-in or late check-out in advance. Always check with us about the possibilities.

SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the apartment; breaking this rule will incur a fine of up to 2,000 AED.

PETS: Certain breeds of cats and dogs are permitted at our discretion. Contact us prior to making a reservation to confirm, charges may be applicable.

CLEANLINESS: If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge 150 AED for every extra hour of cleaning required.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: It is not permitted to have extra guests. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, an additional fee could be charged.

CHECK-OUT: If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged 150 AED. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance.

KEYS: Keys, remotes and access cards are provided by property management Czechin LLC and, in turn, provided to the guest for the duration of their stay. Any lost keys and/or access cards will incur a fee of 300 AED.
