The space
Eco-friendly Haussmannian apartment inspired by the world’s largest art and antique market. Original oak flooring, ceiling moulding in all rooms, fireplaces and marble finish you will find the typical Haussmann architecture in the whole house.
We have tried to give an ecological aspect to the apartment: 70{fd69a3770a9fbb0d0c355e60e6522d210bc4e6da1bedf8ac45d4cd8c82e0daae} of the furniture you will find in the whole apartment have either been bought used to be renovated, or built by us with recycled pallet wood.
Also the apartment is 100{fd69a3770a9fbb0d0c355e60e6522d210bc4e6da1bedf8ac45d4cd8c82e0daae} electric (heating, hot water, light…) and the electricity comes from a wind turbine in the Brittany region in France so you will consume 100{fd69a3770a9fbb0d0c355e60e6522d210bc4e6da1bedf8ac45d4cd8c82e0daae} green energy

The apartment is 50 meters from the metro station “Garibaldi” on metro line 13, the metro station “Saint Ouen” on line 14 and the RER C are also within 10 minutes walk.
The apartment is also 500 metres from Porte de Saint Ouen and its ring road, as well as the tram.

Parking is charged on all the streets of the city €17 per day but I can offer you a secure private parking space 50 meters from the apartment if you wish, feel free to ask me for more information
