Among other features are an elegant foyer that assures a welcoming ambiance, and amenities such including a kitchenette type area w\/fridge, microwave oven, electric cooktop, toaster oven, coffee maker, utensils, dinner plates, bowls, coffee mugs, and a small dining table with four compact chairs.
\nIt has an overhead heater fan with bathtub & vanity. There is hot and cold water, a supply of soap, shampoo & clean towels available. There is a queen-size futon bed with a comfy mattress pad, clean sheets & pillows. Care and pride is taken to provide fresh clean linen. There is one additional mattress and a sofa cum bed available to accommodate extra guests. The space is airy; windows let in a lot of indirect light and worth to mention is the fact that this apartment is quite private as it is set in the back of the building, away from traffic noise and people’s chatter. It is equipped with intercom system and has a home-type environment. This cute, cozy apartment with a variety of shops, boutiques, theaters, restaurants and transportation on neighboring. Like; Caf\u00e9 Costa, Nandos, KFC, Starbucks, Spinneys and on and on.
\nIt is a special corner of the city and it emanates great character and charm for its bohemian style culture and close proximity to beautiful garden. Mall of the emirates, Marina mall, Marina Walk, Jumeirah Beach are just 5 to 10min away from the apartment. You can avail the best local transport network of Dubai from this location, like; Metro, Tram, Mono rail to Palm Jumeirah and Busses. Great nightclubs, theaters, restaurants, museums, and it is culturally enriching for locals and visitors alike who like to get out and explore our charming town! This is a very walkable area. You would love the opportunity to get out and visit beautiful boutiques, organic restaurants & outdoor markets.

Also, my guests are able to enjoy anything inside apartment. HD Cable TV in the room, A\/C, Free high-speed Wifi. There is a kitchenette with all the necessities that you left back at your home to enjoy the best homemade food.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Other things to note<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), for each night of occupancy of a room at a holiday home, a Guest will have to pay, for a maximum of thirty (30) consecutive nights, be charged the \u201cTourism Dirham Fee\u201d, and the Tourism Dirham fee will not be applicable for extension of more than one month.
