House of 450 sqm completely restored by the owners.
\nThe ground floor of 240 sqm includes; The kitchen, two dining rooms and two large living rooms with large windows overlooking the garden.
\nThe first floor of 210 sqm includes 4 suites, all with private bathroom, so subdivided;
\n1 suite of 60 sqm, 2 suites of 45 sqm with mezzanine, 1 room of 30 sqm.
\nThe property is surrounded by a 10,000 sqm garden with olive trees and fruit trees and a swimming pool (14×7 m) for the exclusive use of the guests.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The space<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

I have totally renovated this large country house targeting it to future families of my children.
\nContrary to expectations part of the property remained free. This is the reason why I decided hosting .
\nIn the renovation I took care to respect the original structure leaving the spaces as they were. That is, very large.
\nThe renovation was completed from the foundation to the roof using only materials of the time.
\nThe floor of the first floor, intended for the sleeping area, and the bathrooms are all parquet floor.
\nThe ceramics used for the ground floor belonged to a convent, they are aged 300 years
\nIn the garden I planted imported olive trees, hedges and fruit trees.
\nThe m14 x m7 pool is large enough to accommodate all guests of the villa.
\nThe final result: when I have my breakfast in the garden, overlooking the property, I\u2019m always thinking ‘Bella! It was worth\u2019<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Guest access<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

WE ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR MINIMUM THREE NIGHTS
\nGuests will have the exclusive use of 450 sqm flat as described above.
\nThey will also have the exclusive use of the full garden and the pool.
\nWe only host one guess ( his family or group of friends) at time.
\nMy daughter Valentina and the house keepers lives in the same property in a different area.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Other things to note<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Some informations about the geographical location of the property and the entertainments we are offering to our guests
\n– we are in open country (see the air pictures ), but also at :
\n10 minutes driving to Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport
\n10 minutes driving to Pisa downtown, Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower
\n05 minutes driving to the hospital of Cisanello (the most famous and big in Tuscany) (hoping no need, however good to know)
\n15 minutes driving to the sea<\/p>\n

Compared to other famous cities of Tuscany we are located as follows :
\n20 minutes driving to Lucca
\n60 minutes driving to Florence and Bolgheri
\n70 minutes driving to San Gemignano
\n90 minutes driving to Siena, Arezzo.
\nThe geographical position of the property therefore allows to visit the above cities leaving in the morning and returning in the evening
\nThanks to the above we have fully arranged for our guests the following entertainments in the various nearby locations, all reachable with our mini bus with driver

\na bicycle day through the downtown streets, churches, museums accompanied by a dedicated tour guide

\nOur chef will teach you how to cook the most famous dishes of the traditional Tuscany kitchen

\nOne day at the San Giuliano spa resort, 10 minutes driving from the property.
\nA 5-star hotel where you can spend an entire day taking care of yourself : massages, beauty treatments, swimming in the hot thermal waters of the pools, one of which on the hotel roof.
